Deviled Egg Recipe

One of my favorite recipes is my husbands deviled eggs. They are delicious! My entire family loves them and requests them often. Deviled eggs are super easy to make and disappear very quickly around here! This is a Thanksgiving must for us.


18 eggs

1/2 crushed chicken bouillon cube

1 tbsp ranch

1 tbsp mustard

3/4 cup mayonnaise

paprika and pepper on top to taste


Boil the eggs then let cool. If you put the hard boiled eggs in the refrigerator until they are cold, it makes it easier to peel the egg shell off of the egg. Once the eggs are deshelled, cut them in half length wise and take out the yolk. Mash the yolk in a bowl. Add the chicken bouillon cube, ranch, mustard and mayonnaise. Mix well.

To stuff the eggs, I like to put the yolk filling in a pastry bag or a large zip lock bag. If you are using a zip lock, seal the bag and push all the filling into the corner. Cut the tip and stuff the eggs. I like paprika on top of my eggs, but some people don’t. You can sprinkle paprika and pepper on top of the deviled eggs to taste.
