Cloth Diaper Safe Cream- CJ’s BUTTer Review

We use cloth diapers. This means we can’t use the more commonly known diaper rash creams because (besides being full of yucky ingredients that are not so good for you) they stick to cloth diapers and cause them to stop absorbing pee. That is NEVER a good thing! CJ’s BUTTer is not only cloth diaper safe, it is also 100% natural! CJ’s BUTTer was created by a mom who’s baby was cloth diapered and had a rash. She couldn’t find anything safe for her baby or her diapers so she decided to make some BUTTer of her own! CJ’s BUTTer has grown but is still made here in the USA. I LOVE companies that make their products in the USA. We were able to try CJ’s BUTTer Shea Butter Balm.

CJ’s BUTTer Shea Butter Balm is made from 100% natural ingredients which are shea butter, olive oil, coconut oil, lanolin, beeswax, cocoa butter, Vitamin E and colloidal oatmeal. If you purchase a scented Shea Butter Balm, there will be some added fragrance and/or essential oils. CJ’s BUTTer Shea Butter Balm is made from food grade ingredients. It is edible but probable wouldn’t taste too good. All Shea Butter Balms are cloth diaper safe. We received the Coconut Lime Dream Shea Butter Balm. I LOVE the scent! I can definitely smell the coconut with a hint of lime. It makes diaper changes smell like a tropical getaway.

CJ’s BUTTer Shea Butter Balm is very easy to apply. Because it is made of natural ingredients like shea butter and coconut oil, it is a solid in the cold and a liquid in the heat. In the tub it is solid but soft enough for me to scoop some out with my fingers. Once CJ’s BUTTer Shea Butter Balm is on my fingers, and definitely once it is on my baby’s bum, it turns into a liquid. This makes it easy to apply everywhere it is needed. I love that my fingers don’t feel greasy when I am done applying this to my baby’s bottom. I can only imagine her bottom feels much better as well!

CJ’s BUTTer Shea Butter Balm is great for diaper rashes but it is great for so many other things as well! Eczema, Dry, Cracked Feet, Bug Bites, Rosacea, Cold Sores, Hemorrhoids, Dry Skin, Chapped Skin, Sunburn Pain/Peeling, Itchy Pregnant Tummies, Itchiness, Cradle Cap, Cuticles, Postpartum Soreness the list goes on and on! Because CJ’s BUTTer Shea Butter Balm is 100% natural it is safe to use just about anywhere! I personally have used it on my dry and cracked feet and elbows and noticed a HUGE difference. I can imagine it would be great as a belly butter during and after pregnancy.

I really love CJ’s BUTTer Shea Butter Balm. It leaves my skin feeling silky smooth. I love to use it as lotion on my hands. I can wash my hands multiple times and still feel moisturized. A little goes a long way. A 2 ounce jar will last for months! I don’t like lotions, they tend to leave my skin feeling slick. I really love CJ’s BUTTer because it is silk smooth to put on and it leaves my skin feeling soft and moisturized. I suggest getting one jar for your baby and one jar for you!

You can purchase your CJ’s BUTTer Shea Butter Balm online. The 2 ounce jar is $9 and comes in a variety of scents. CJ’s BUTTer Shea Butter Balm has so many uses you are sure to love it!
